This event serves as a fundraiser and raises awareness for the fight against human trafficking in FM area/North Dakota. Purses for a Purpose will raise funds to support the mission of The Next Step ND to continue raising awareness, education, and help to establish survivors back into the community.

This is our 3rd annual Purses for a Purpose fundraiser, and we are excited to be hosted at Avalon Events Center. Your ticket price includes appetizers and desserts.

The event’s program will include:

• John Pulley: a former buyer, Co-Founder of ManAlive Expedition and consultant to the anti human slavery organization Fierce Freedom. 
• Melissa Williams: from Rape and Abuse Crisis Center speaking about trafficking and our youth. 
• Officer Bloom: with the Fargo Police Department sharing information about trafficking in the FM area. 
• Megan: a trafficked survivor sharing her story.

There will be 8 incredible packages to be raffled at the event! A free will offering will also be collected as well as NEW medium sized purses to be distributed to survivors at shelters in ND. 

Tickets are $25 a ticket in advance for general admission, and $30 a ticket at the door. A table sponsor seats 8 attendees, and is available for $300 only in advance. Table sponsors will receive a table tent with there name/business, name on screens, and in program.
